When will the first inspection or full refresh take place?
Your first inspection will be scheduled within two weeks of receipt from your initial payment and the first full refresh maybe scheduled in within 2 weeks of your inspection (depending on your chosen plan).
When a visit is scheduled we will always send a courtesy reminder 5 - 7 day before our arrival and a call on the day. View plan schedules here.
What's covered in the full refresh service?
Under the full refresh, remedial work will be carried out as well as paint applied to ceilings, walls and woodwork.
What is the maximum room size?
The maximum room size per playroom we allow is 400 sq. ft. To put into prospective the size of an average double bedroom in the UK is 125 sq.ft. So we will cover playrooms that can fit 3 standard double bedroom in it and a little extra so need to worry that your playroom wont be covered.
Exclusion: Church halls, community halls and rooms with a height above 11ft (can be quoted separately).
